Your access to use of the Services is at all times on the basis of this Agreement and by completing the registration procedure you agree at all times to be bound by this Agreement.
1. AGREEMENT
By using the Services, you agree to do so only in accordance with this Agreement and you to make payments as specified on our Website.
2. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND TERMINATION
You agree, during the term of this Agreement, that we may: (1) revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (2) change the Services which may be available at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to register you or to suspend and/or terminate your registration or account at any time at our absolute discretion and shall not be obliged to provide you with any reasons for so doing. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refund or withhold any balance on an account at our absolute discretion if suspicion or evidence of manipulation of our financial system or of your or another customer's account arises or if we have reasonable grounds for believing that you are using our service contrary to the purpose for which it was intended or committing any offence.
3.5. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of clause 3.4, we reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your registration or account in the event that you cause to be published on, and/or sent via, our Website any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive or obscene language or material. This clause 3.5 applies also to your choice of user name and to breach by you of our privacy policy.

3.7 It is your responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with all standards and/or laws in any community or jurisdiction where you are located or resident and that you have complete and unrestricted legal right to use the Services. 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold us harmless on demand (and keep us so indemnified or held harmless) against any claim brought against us by a third party resulting from or in connection with your use of the Services or the Website in any way and your use of our server and in respect of all losses, costs, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses (including legal costs and expenses) or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by us in consequence of or relating to your non observance or breach of this Agreement or from the services provided.
7. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

8. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
We in our sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse to register you and you agree that we shall not be liable to you in any way for any loss or damages that may result from any such refusal. We reserve the right to refuse to register you and/or to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account at any time in each case in our sole and absolute discretion and we shall not be obliged to provide you with any reasons for so doing. 10. ASSIGNMENT AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

You agree that this Agreement shall be treated as though executed and performed in England and governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we each submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
